The rechargeable fan is characterized in that a charging storage battery is embedded into the upper surface of the base and connected with the power line. The rechargeable fan can be placed at any position to be used after the fan is fully charged through the charging storage battery, and the rechargeable fan can also be inserted into the base through the power line to be used.
